FAQs
Can you capture my wedding abroad?
Yes! we love to travel as much as we can and love an adventure. We’d love to hear all about what you’ve dreamed up! Get in touch for a bespoke quote to include travel.
We’re camera shy! Help?
Don’t worry! We’re friendly and relaxed and ready to put you at ease - that’s our job. You just focus on being yourselves and getting wrapped up in your day. For most of the day we’ll be capturing you naturally, and for your couple shoot we’ll gently direct you so you can simply enjoy it.
Do we need an engagement shoot?
Our couple sessions are outdoors, somewhere you love or a chance to explore somewhere new. They are a great chance to document this chapter in your life, get to know us, relax into having your photo taken, plus they make lovely photographs for wedding invitations or your wedding website.
Do you shoot family formals?
Yes. We like to keep them to a minimum so you can all get back to enjoying the day but we like to include a few.
If you’re debating whether to have them, we’d say just go for a few - whether that’s for Grandma’s benefit, or your future grandchildren - just imagine them pointing out all the faces!
Can you help with our timeline?
Yes! We love talking timelines, we can help you leave enough time for group photos, your couple shoot and help to factor in the best light and sunset.

No question about it, we welcome enquiries from all couples, we love what makes us all uniquely different and what brings us together.
Can I order an album?
Yes, your online gallery has lots of beautiful options for ordering albums. You can design it yourself or we can curate a bespoke album just for you.
How many images will I receive?
We don’t put a limit on the number we’ll send you. We’ll send you all the amazing moments we’ve captured. That’s usually 500+ for full day weddings.
When do our image arrive?
Within 3 days of your wedding we’ll send you a selection of images, to help you share your news! Your full digital gallery will then be with you within 8-10 weeks. As such an important day for you, it’s important to us that we dedicate time to lovingly editing each image for you. We’ll then package up your wooden box to post to you (because let’s face it - parcels are the best!)
Can we go for a coffee?
Yes! If you’re nearby then absolutely. Capturing the most memorable day of your life is such an honour and we love to get to know you both more. If you’re not-so-nearby then we’ll happily bring our favourite home mugs to a ZOOM call!
