The collection of information
Every time you log on to our website your IP (Internet Protocol) address registers on the server. Your IP address reveals no information other than the number assigned to you. We do not use this technology to get any personal data against your knowledge or free will (i.e., automatically recording e-mail addresses of visitors). Nor do we use it for any purpose other than to help us monitor traffic on our website, or (in case of criminal activity or misuse of our information) to cooperate with law enforcement.

Contact forms and email/telephone dialogue:
In line with EU GDPR privacy policy We Are Found will store your name, personal details and wedding/business details securely on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of We Are Found. These details will be kept no longer than necessary and deleted thereafter. You have the right to ask us for any data that we hold about you.

Newsletters:
We will only send you our seasonal newsletter if you have opted in to receiving our newsletter or marketing and promotional material. Our mailing list is kept securely on the squarespace and mailchimp servers and we will not share your data with any companies or individuals outside of We Are Found. You can find further details on mailchimp's privacy policy at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. To unsubscribe from newsletters you can use the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all newsletters, or contact us directly to remove you from the list.

We do not use tracking in emails that we send. All the information given and received by email is regarded as confidential and will not be shared. Emails are stored on a highly secure system.

Photography
We store all our images in a secure manner.
We love working with people and businesses and share images from our photography sessions and projects to help us further promote our services to other families, couples or businesses. This includes on this website and associated social platforms. Details on this is included in our contracts, at time of booking you can request for the contract to be updated to keep your images private. We will not share images of a sensitive nature or those that you have informed us you are not happy for us to share.
