Neither of us are morning people. We enjoy late nights. In the morning Sophie likes to sip her tea slowly and quietly to settle into the day, and Lloyd loves a duvet. Night owls. Yet occasionally we tear ourselves out the house early to catch a sunrise, and it is always worth it. We always vow to do it more often. There is something so peaceful and refreshing about early mornings. On this particular day, the morning treated us to something very beautiful. The mist made the world feel magical and sleepy. The frost had transformed wild plants into jewels, and muted the world into a dreamy hue. Although we were aching for spring, this last bit of winter reminded us how the coldest season can sometimes be the most beautiful. We had the pleasure of creating some work for Nó Handcrafted, capturing one of their camera straps and bracelets which are hand crafted in Portugal by a craftsman who is passionate and dedicated to the art. Something we love about their creations is that they are meant to last a lifetime, and the idea they present of the collecting memories with you along the way. We created some lovely memories that day, and we'd been meaning to capture some images with us both in for a while - so with the beautiful mist and light by Warleigh Weir that morning. It felt pretty perfect. Sometimes nature just stuns you. Sometimes nature just stuns you.Comments are closed.
